Sensibly Sustained

 The more we learn about food and where it comes from, the more we realize how important it is to seek out farmers and fishermen and ranchers and winemakers who are working to preserve, and in many ways to reinvigorate, sustainability.  Dan Barber's 2010 TED talk about sustainable fishing standards is a wonderful, eye opening presentation on how difficult, and yet how simple it can be to create sustainable cycles of food production.  In this particular case, sustainable fisheries.
